We're hiring aSpanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to work directly alongsidethe founder/sales lead as the first dedicated sales hire. This is a builderrole: you won't just work leads, you'll help design, test, and improve thesales process itself — from outreach scripts and CRM setup to qualificationcriteria and follow-up cadences. You'll have direct, daily access to leadershipand real influence over how the sales system takes shape.

WhatYou'll Do

Prospect, qualify,and engage new leads across English- and Spanish-speaking markets
Run outbound andinbound sales conversations via phone, email, and chat
Partner with thefounder to design and refine sales workflows, scripts, and playbooks
Set up and maintainCRM pipelines, tracking, and reporting
Test messaging andoutreach approaches, then help formalize what works into repeatable process
Provide market andcustomer feedback to inform product and pricing decisions
Support thetransition from founder-led sales to a scalable, documented sales system

Requirements

WhatWe're Looking For

Fluent in Spanishand English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
Prior experience insales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or app-based products a plus)
Comfortable workingclosely with a founder in a fast-moving, low-process environment
Strong communicatorwho can build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently
Organized andprocess-minded — excited to help build systems, not just follow them
Self-starter who'sequally comfortable on the phone and in a spreadsheet or CRM
Experience with CRMtools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) preferred

Niceto Have

Experience sellingto consumer or B2C audiences, especially subscription/app-based products
Familiarity withthe language-learning, translation, or ed-tech space
Track record ofhelping build a sales process from scratch (early-stage startup experience)
