About the Role

This is a fantastic time to join Solace! We've been working with enterprises across Japan and Korea for years, and we're now building our APAC SDR Hub right here in Singapore. This is our first dedicated SDR role for these markets, so you'll help shape how we prospect and grow across Japan and Korea from day one. You'll learn what Solace does and why it matters, generate and qualify pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting, and team up with our Account Executives to open doors with major enterprise accounts.

You're a Fit If You Are

• Fluent in Japanese, Korean, and English, spoken and written

• Tenacious, curious, and genuinely excited by tech and AI

• Comfortable prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn

• A sharp, confident communicator

• A team player who enjoys a fast moving environment

What You'll Do

• Prospect into target accounts across Japan and Korea, using outbound and inbound strategies

• Engage prospects by email, phone, LinkedIn, and events

• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives

• Clearly explain Solace's value to technical and business stakeholders

• Keep CRM activity and pipeline data accurate and current

What You'll Bring

Must Haves

• Full professional fluency in Japanese, Korean, and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence

• A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in a sales career

• Ability to thrive in a fast moving, rapidly growing environment

Nice to Haves

• Prior experience in sales, customer facing, or SaaS/tech roles

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or SalesLoft
