About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and generate new sales opportunities.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where you’ll connect with prospects through phone, email, and text, build rapport quickly, qualify interest, and move strong opportunities through the pipeline.

What You’ll Do
Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outreach through cold calls, email, and text
- Engage prospective customers across assigned campaigns
- Follow structured outreach cadences and scripts
- Build rapport quickly and handle initial objections professionally
- Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets
Lead Qualification & Follow-Up
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and interest
- Qualify leads against defined campaign criteria
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up until a clear outcome is reached
- Move qualified opportunities to the appropriate next stage
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
- Log calls, notes, follow-ups, and lead status updates
- Keep pipelines clean and organized
- Ensure qualified opportunities are handed off clearly to the appropriate team
Performance & Development
- Track progress against outreach, qualification, and conversion targets
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
- Apply feedback to improve calls, messaging, and objection handling
- Share prospect feedback and market insights with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Confident speaking with new prospects
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organized with excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable following structured sales processes and scripts
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Reliable internet and professional remote workspace
- Availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or recruiting
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM, dialer, and outreach platforms
- Understanding of sales pipelines and performance metrics
- Experience in quota-driven or commission-based environments
