Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth within the Polish market. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales funnel, identifying high-potential prospects and initiating the first conversations that lead to lasting partnerships. This is a pivotal position for a communicator who thrives on building bridges between complex solutions and business needs, offering a clear path into a successful career in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling to decision-makers in Poland.
Qualify inbound leads and manage a consistent pipeline of meetings for the Account Executive team.
Localize sales messaging to ensure it resonates with the cultural and business nuances of the Polish market.
Maintain meticulous records of prospect interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies based on real-time market feedback.

Requirements

Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) at a professional business level.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
A resilient, self-motivated mindset with the ability to handle objections gracefully.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and follow-ups.
A proactive approach to learning new products and sales methodologies.
Previous experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
A background in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
