About the Role
Better Quality Healthcare is looking for a Sales Development & Lead Generation Specialist to support the founders and team in expanding their referral and participant network.
This role will focus on prospecting, sales outreach, lead generation, relationship building, and consistent follow-up with support coordinators, plan navigators, hospitals, participants, and other relevant referral partners. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate CRM records and provide general coordination support to keep outreach activities organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted contact lists for hospitals, support coordinators, plan navigators, participants, and other referral partners.
- Conduct daily outbound outreach and follow-ups through LinkedIn, direct messaging, online events, expos, think tanks, and other relevant channels.
- Identify and engage potential referral partners and participants to generate new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key contacts.
- Support sales and lead-generation initiatives to grow the organization's referral and participant network.
- Personalize outreach and communication based on the needs and profile of each contact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contact information, outreach activity, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with social media messaging and content-related communication.
- Track outreach activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide progress and output updates every Wednesday and Friday.
- Provide general virtual assistance and coordination support to the founders and team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, outreach, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in outbound sales outreach and lead generation.
- Experience building prospect or contact lists and developing professional networks.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Experience communicating with support coordinators, plan navigators, healthcare organizations, participants, or similar stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and confidence with direct outreach.
- Experience using CRM systems and accurately tracking sales or outreach activities.
- Experience with social media messaging and content communication.
Technical Skills
Experience with the following is preferred:
