You'd be joining the team driving international expansion of Teamleader Orbit, talking daily with decision-makers at marketing and digital agencies across the German-speaking market.
What you'll do
Together with your colleagues, you’ll open up the German market for Teamleader Orbit, owning the start of the sales cycle for mid-sized agencies (20+ employees) in marketing, digital and creative.
Own your pipeline. Prospect, qualify and follow up leads through a 3 to 6 month sales cycle.
Open doors with decision-makers. Start conversations with managing directors, owners and C-level contacts through calls, LinkedIn, email or other channels. Your approach, your call.
Set up strong discovery meetings. Book and brief meetings for our Account Executives and Strategy Consultants.
Sharpen the playbook. Test what works for the German market, share your insights and help Marketing target the right accounts.
You’ll get a solid onboarding on Orbit and our market, so you can hit the ground running and focus on what you already do well.

Requirements
You’d be a great fit if you
Bring at least 1 year of sales experience. Where you gained it matters less than what you learned
Have experience working towards targets and know what it takes to hit them
Feel confident talking business with managing directors and C-level contacts and want to truly understand their needs
Stay persistent and positive on the phone, even on a tough day
Are proactive, self-driven and enjoy working independently
Speak fluent German and English (English is our internal language)
