About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to support a US-based real estate business in Florida. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, conducting outbound outreach, and booking appointments to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients, property owners, and investors.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, databases, and social media.
Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM system.
Track outreach activities and meet agreed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting.
Real estate industry experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, research, and prospecting skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and engaging US-based prospects.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Target-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work Florida business hours.
