Sales Consultant (French Speaking)

Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy Sales Consultant to support our client's global growth efforts. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role is responsible for new business development, prospecting, qualifying leads and enabling our channel partners to sell more effectively. You will be the front line of sales efforts - identifying opportunities, articulating our value, and converting leads into long-term relationships. This is a hunter sales role with clear revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (product, customer success, technical support, and marketing) to ensure that the sales process is aligned, efficient and successful. This role is pivotal in driving both market presence and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development (Hunter Role)
- Channel Partner Engagement
- Sales Execution
- CRM and Reporting on HubSpot
- Market Intelligence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Internal (Customer success, product, and support teams etc.)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - External (Liaise with manufacturers and represent company at Trade Shows and to clients)
- Revenue Growth
Requirements:
- Fully Proficient in French and English
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with global or channel partner exposure
- Proven hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Demonstrated success in managing consultative and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and product positioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
- Willingness to travel internationally if required.
