About the Hiring Company:
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the iGaming industry.
This is a hands-on commercial role focused on identifying and securing new operator and platform partnerships, managing complex commercial negotiations, and owning the customer journey from first engagement through to successful launch.
The ideal candidate will have an established network within the iGaming sector, a proven ability to generate new business, and experience managing strategic opportunities from prospecting through to go-live.
Job Responsibilities:
New Business Development
Identify, target and secure new operator and platform partnerships.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and industry events.
Leverage existing relationships to generate new commercial opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies that support the company's commercial objectives.
Represent the business at industry conferences, exhibitions and partner meetings.
Commercial Negotiation
Lead commercial discussions with prospective partners and customers.
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements in line with company objectives and commercial guidelines.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposed commercial structures are commercially viable and operationally achievable.
Successfully manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to signed agreement.
Launch & Partner Onboarding
Take ownership of newly signed partners from contract execution through to successful launch.
Coordinate internal teams including Product, Operations, Compliance, Technical and Account Management to deliver a smooth onboarding process.
Act as the primary commercial point of contact throughout implementation.
Ensure all launch milestones are delivered on time before transitioning the account to the Account Management team.
The Successful Candidate:
Proven success in Sales, Business Development or Commercial Management within the iGaming industry.
A strong network of operator, platform or industry contacts.
A consistent track record of generating new business and exceeding commercial targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience managing complex commercial deals.
The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.

Please note that full-time employment contracts are available for candidates based on the Isle of Man. Candidates located elsewhere in Europe may be engaged on an alternative employment or contractor basis, depending on location. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.
