SAFe Scrum Master
About this role
Jalasoft is looking for a SAFe Scrum Master to facilitate high-performing Agile teams, foster collaboration, and enable effective delivery within a SAFe environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams, supporting Agile practices, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience working inside a SAFe environment
- Certification on SAFe (SSM or SASM) desirable
- Experience with Jira
- Good understanding of the SDLC
- High level of communication in English, spoken and written, with distributed teams
