Revenue Operations Coordinator (Temporary)
About this role
We are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis for tentatively 3 to 5 months to support our Revenue Operations team during a key period.
This role leans heavily toward hands-on execution, process adherence, and data hygiene. We are looking for someone with a RevOps or BizOps background who genuinely enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, completing daily operational workflows, and supporting the team with reliable, task-focused execution.

- Collaborative Team Player: You work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to solve daily administrative requests.
- Hyperproof Experience: Familiarity with Hyperproof or similar compliance/operations software is a strong plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Closed Won Deal Reviews
- New Business: Verify signed deals against the order form, update Account, Opportunity, and Contact fields, send the deal overview to the SVP of sales, and move the deal to Closed Won.
- Renewals, Upsells, & Churn: Update contract terms and pricing, confirm added products, ensure a renewal document is attached (even for $0 deals), and record negative ARR for churn.
- Partner Deals: Manage indirect renewals, expansions, churns, and partner recruitment deals, confirming term dates with Finance or Partnerships.
Data Hygiene & Account Management
- Closed Lost Audits: Confirm that all Closed Lost deals contain a required Closed Lost Category, reason, and competitor.
- Target Account Assignment: Deduplicate accounts, prioritize by segment, 6sense buying stage, and opportunity history, and balance account distribution across reps.
- Data Enrichment & Lead Routing: Enrich account data via ZoomInfo and route inbound leads to the correct sales rep.
Channel Monitoring & Request Triage
- BizOps Request Triage: Acknowledge, sort, resolve, or route incoming requests from reps, ADRs, Marketing, and Partnerships.
- Slack Monitoring: Actively monitor operations related team channels. Gather context on incoming requests, record updates, and close the loop with requesters.
- Tool Outage Response: Confirm reported tool outages, post an update in operations related team channels, notify affected teams, and post resolution updates.
Reporting & Pipeline Audits
- Pipeline Quality Audit (Direct): Prepare a bi-weekly presentation on top-of-funnel and new pipeline performance for the Direct segment, highlighting risks and bright spots.
- Pipeline Quality Audit (Partnerships): Update ToF Trends and Pipeline Trends slides using six partner Salesforce reports and share the recap.
- Executive Pipeline Update: Prepare a weekly executive deck detailing pipeline creation, MQL volume, conversion rates, win rates, and average deal size.
- Quarterly Goal Setting & Tracking: Translate revenue goals into 4x pipeline and MQL targets, tracking gaps and weekly pace.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform one-off pipeline and funnel analyses for specific regions or segments (e.g., Europe).
Enablement
- ADR Campaign Enablement: Create process guides and train ADRs on campaign workflows using ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Gong.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations role within Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Proficiency with core GTM tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, and Slack.
- Strong working knowledge of basic sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and deal flow processes.
- Proven track record of managing daily ticket or request queues with quick response times.
- Ability to focus on task execution, process adherence, and repetitive administrative workflows without requiring strategic overhauls.
