About this role

Are you fascinated by the way science impacts society and do you love diving deep into the scientific literature? Do you enjoy curating data and extracting insights to help advance science? If you are a curious and rigorous data enthusiast, and want to help drug discovery scientists be more effective in creating new medicines, we want to hear from you!

Drug Hunter™ () is an essential scientific intelligence platform for R&D innovators turning molecules into medicines. The Drug Hunter team distills the research behind emerging drugs and technologies into concise, but scientifically rich, searchable articles and interactive features. Drug Hunter customers include many of the world’s leading innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, as well as top-tier investors.

We are seeking a rigorous data curator to join the Drug Hunter team to cover emerging drug discovery patents and other disclosures. For example, you will be responsible for triaging and curating data from scientific papers and patents, including interpreting chemical structures and biological data to surface the most important insights for our readers. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of drug discovery scientific knowledge, with strong attention to detail and a keen focus on accuracy. An ability to interpret chemical structures and biological data is a must, as is experience reading the primary scientific and patent literature.

This role reports to a Scientific Director and is a contract, fully remote position for candidates based in North America/Europe.
