About the Opportunity

Bickham Services Unlimited LLC is building a seasonal talent pool of Research Administration Analysts to support research administration, sponsored programs, contracts, grants, and research compliance activities.

This opportunity is suitable for experienced research administration professionals who can provide analytical, interview, documentation, and writing support during the annual seasonal workload.

The initial seasonal assignment is expected to begin in February 2027 and run through May 2027, subject to contract award and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support research administration and sponsored programs activities.
• Review and analyze research-related documentation.
• Assist with contracts, grants, and research compliance-related tasks.
• Conduct interviews and gather relevant information when required.
• Prepare analytical summaries, reports, and written documentation.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support program-related research administration workflows.
• Ensure written deliverables meet applicable Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in research administration, sponsored programs, contracts, grants, or research compliance.
• Experience working at a university, research institution, or similar organization.
• Strong analytical, interviewing, and writing skills.
• Ability to review and interpret research-related documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet seasonal deadlines.

Working Conditions

• Remote position within the United States.
• Part-time seasonal work, expected February through May each year.
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week, subject to confirmation.
• Initial expected start date: February 2027.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete a federal background investigation and suitability determination.

Employment Conditions

This position is contingent on contract award, anticipated in late 2026. Selected candidates may be asked to sign a letter of commitment contingent on award. Employment is subject to a pre-employment background check and a federal suitability determination.
