Sommaire du posteLe/La représentant(e) au service à la clientèle offre un soutien exceptionnel aux clients de Cotality par téléphone, courriel et clavardage, en français et en anglais. La personne titulaire de ce poste agit à titre de point de contact principal pour les demandes de renseignements sur les produits et services, résout les problèmes techniques et de facturation de base, maintient des dossiers clients précis et achemine les dossiers complexes aux membres chevronnés de l'équipe.

Responsabilités principales

• Engagement auprès de la clientèle : Fournir un soutien exceptionnel par téléphone, courriel et clavardage, en français et en anglais.
• Résolution de problèmes : Répondre aux questions sur les produits et services et résoudre les problèmes de base liés à la facturation, à la technique et à l'utilisation, selon les directives établies.
• Gestion des systèmes et documentation : Mettre à jour et maintenir des dossiers précis de toutes les interactions avec les clients dans les systèmes internes afin d'assurer une intégrité élevée des données.
• Triage et escalade : Identifier les problèmes complexes et les acheminer vers le personnel chevronné ou les services appropriés.
• Formation continue : Participer à la formation continue sur les produits, services et mises à jour opérationnelles de Cotality.

Position Summary

The Customer Support Representative delivers exceptional support to Cotality clients via telephone, email, and chat in both English and French. This role serves as a primary contact for product and service inquiries, resolving basic billing and technical issues, maintaining accurate client records, and escalating complex matters to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support via telephone, email, and chat in both English and French.
• Issue Resolution: Answer product/service questions and resolve basic billing, technical, and usage issues using established guidelines.
• System Management & Documentation: Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems to ensure high data integrity.
• Triage & Escalation: Identify complex issues and route them to senior staff or appropriate departments.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training on Cotality products, services, and operational updates.

• Scolarité : Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent.
• Compétences linguistiques : Bilinguisme parfait (à l'oral et à l'écrit) en français et en anglais.
• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

• Expérience : Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle ou dans un centre de contacts.

Qualifications

Required

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency (written and verbal) in English and French.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

• Experience: Prior customer service or contact center experience.
