Assist clients with booking accommodations, packages, activities, and other services.

Provide recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences.
Follow up with clients before and after their experiences to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms.
Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with booking platforms and reservation systems.
Sales or upselling experience.
