Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in both German and English and has at least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team across German-speaking and English-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads across German-speaking and English-speaking markets.
• Book qualified meetings and appointments for Account Executives.
• Engage with key decision-makers, including founders, executives, and department heads.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Use CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to track sales activities.
• Handle objections professionally and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and meetings booked.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory).
• Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Proven ability to book qualified B2B sales meetings.
• Experience engaging with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling into the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services sales.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.
