Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. You should be comfortable managing advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Develop and execute paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting strategies.
Perform A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
Stay updated on Meta advertising platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid social trends.

Requirements

2–3+ years of proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Demonstrated experience running conversion-focused and/or lead generation campaigns.
Solid understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting campaigns.
Ability to analyze advertising data and make informed optimization decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and creative performance analysis.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.

Nice to Have

Experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation, or agency clients.
Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page builders.
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Conversion API integrations.
Experience managing multiple advertising accounts or substantial monthly ad budgets.
Knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
