Job Description
- Help shape litigation strategy and move civil disputes toward resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research.
- Handle matters involving community associations, property disputes, and contracts.
- Support settlement efforts and prepare matters for hearings or trial as needed.
- Keep clients informed and participate in occasional evening meetings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license and residence in California.
- Strong legal writing, research, organization, and client communication skills.
- Availability for occasional evening meetings.
- HOA or community association litigation experience is preferred; trial experience is a strong plus.
