Remote Insurance Agent - No Experience Required

American Income Life provides insurance and supplemental benefit solutions to working families across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand, as well as through National Income Life Insurance Company in New York.

Since 1951, the organization has focused on helping working families access life, accident, and supplemental health benefit programs. Representatives work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs, explain available options, and provide ongoing support.

This is a fully remote opportunity where client appointments and communication are handled virtually. Training is provided to help new representatives become familiar with the products, systems, and client service process.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with benefit and enrollment information
• Review eligibility and available benefit options
• Respond to incoming client inquiries by phone or virtually
• Follow up with clients regarding questions and requested information
• Assess individual and family benefit needs
• Explain available coverage options clearly and professionally
• Use needs-analysis tools to help identify appropriate solutions
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation
• Develop and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training with management and leadership teams
• Stay informed about changes to products, services, and procedures
