Pay Details:

Base pay for a licensed Commercial Lines Sales Consultant is $56,160 - $66,560 /year + uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses

Average first yearearnings range from $70K-$110K through a combination of base pay, performance bonuses and generous commission.

Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn $110,000+ / year.

Location:

Onsite at: 30 Waterside Dr. Farmington, CT 06032 or Remote if you reside in East Coast time zone

Shift: 9am - 6pm EST

What You Will Do:

Handle high-intent, inbound leads consulting with Credit Union customers on their insurance needs
Consult on commercial products and benefits offering a customized insurance solution
Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers
Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management
Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision
Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
