Our client, an international manufacturer of security and identification technology products, is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join their team. Having experienced double-digit growth over the last five years, our client continues to invest in expanding its presence across the access control and security market. This role will focus on growing sales through existing dealers, integrators, distributors, and sales partners while also developing new business opportunities. They’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh perspective, strong initiative, and a willingness to build, whether that experience comes from the manufacturer/OEM side or from working directly within a dealer or integrator environment. The ideal candidate will understand how to sell through a channel and create demand with end users. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work closely with the President of their US division, bring a fresh approach to sales and customer development, and have a real voice in how the business continues to grow. You’ll have the resources and stability of an established global organization while still having the autonomy to make an impact within a close-knit US team.

[REMOTE] Channel Sales Manager – Access Control & Physical Security Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and resellers
  • Drive channel sales growth through strategic partner development
  • Identify and onboard new partners and business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with key end users to create pull-through demand
  • Support partners with product training, sales tools, and ongoing communication
  • Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns and promotions
  • Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and partner performance within CRM systems
  • Negotiate pricing, programs, and partnership agreements
  • Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and trade shows
  • Assist in developing channel programs and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide regular updates on partner activity, pipeline health, and market feedback

[REMOTE] Channel Sales Manager – Access Control & Physical Security Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial sales experience across access control, physical security, B2B printing solutions, or related physical technology or hardware products
  • Experience selling through a channel or dealer network, or experience on the integrator/dealer side of the business
  • 25% travel required throughout the US and Canada
