Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a persuasive, organized, and persistent professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will play a key part in converting applicants into scheduled interviews, conducting high-volume outreach, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to convert job applications into scheduled interviews.
Conduct a high volume of interviews to assess candidates.
Extend offers to qualified candidates and explain the onboarding process.
Respond to internal recruitment-related inquiries and escalate as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and candidate progress.
Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Minimum 1 year of high-volume recruitment experience (100+ outbound calls per day).
Minimum 1 year of full-time remote work experience (hybrid or COVID-related remote roles do not qualify).
Strong ability to assess candidates effectively.
A reliable computer with a camera and microphone.
Stable internet connection.
At least 18 years old.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience using Fountain or similar applicant tracking systems.
