Recruitment Operations Coordinator - Taylor Hawkes
Taylor Hawkes is a specialist recruitment agency operating across the US public accounting and
legal markets. We work with a wide range of active firms, from growing independent practices to
leading regional and national organisations.
We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to identify and engage public accounting and legal professionals who are actively using Indeed in addition to assisting with recruitment operations on our CRM.
Main Responsibilities
Indeed
- • Conduct daily Indeed searches for public accounting and legal professionals who have recently been active on the platform in your designated area of the US.
- • Send targeted Indeed messages to suitable professionals regarding career opportunities.
- • Respond quickly to candidates who express an interest and organise a phone call’s between the candidate and our consultants.
- • Work towards daily and weekly targets for Indeed messages sent and the amount of candidate calls setup.
- • Store all candidate information on our CRM Monday.com in our format.
Candidate Distribution
- • Receive candidates that are looking for a position in your designated area who have been registered by a consultant and distribute to our client send lists through our CRM Monday.com.
- • Keep up to date with the distribution of candidates following targets each day to get all candidates out.
- • Providing feedback to fellow employees with your progress towards this task.
- • Build and validate client lists on companies that have responded positively, these will be allocated to fill any available time.
The Ideal Candidate
- • Strong written communication skills and the ability to create professional, personalised Indeed messages.
- • Organised, consistent and comfortable working towards activity targets.
- • Technical CRM experience would be advantageous however not essential.
- • Attention to detail when it comes to candidate distribution.
- • Effective completion of administrative tasks
Role Objective
The objective of this position is to carry out Indeed research and become aware of candidates who are interested, organise calls with them & store them on our CRM. Whilst being responsible for the distribution of candidates that have been registered to our best client lists in a timely manner.
