About your new role:

Command|Link is hiring a Recruiter to own full lifecycle hiring for our G&A functions, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, HR, and Administration. You will run searches end to end, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close. You will manage 10 to 20 open requisitions at any given time and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on what great talent looks like, where to find it, and how to land it.

You will work closely with hiring managers, G&A leadership, the broader Talent team, and candidates themselves. The right person knows how to evaluate talent, not just move it through a funnel. You are comfortable pushing back on a job profile, building a pipeline from scratch, and closing a candidate who has competing offers, while still running a clean, well-organized process.

What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle recruiting for 10 to 20 active G&A requisitions, from intake through accepted offer.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and realistic timelines.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative outbound strategies, with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and structured assessments to evaluate candidates on technical skills, experience, and culture add, and deliver clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on candidate quality, run debriefs, and drive timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
• Manage offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking, offer presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience at every stage through timely communication, honest feedback, and clear expectations.
• Share market insights with hiring managers and leadership on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to intake, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Use AI tools to work smarter across the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing research, drafting outreach, summarizing interview feedback, and automating repetitive tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on G&A roles (Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Operations, or similar), in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates across individual contributor and manager-level roles.
• Strong assessment skills and the confidence to make and defend hiring recommendations.
• Experience advising hiring managers, managing expectations, and influencing decisions with data and market knowledge.
• Solid understanding of offer negotiation and compensation conversations.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication and a candidate-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to accelerate sourcing, drafting candidate communications, summarizing interview feedback, or streamlining recruiting workflows.
• Comfort working independently, prioritizing across competing searches, and adapting quickly when priorities shift.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting hiring at a growth-stage or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Experience building lightweight AI-assisted workflows or automations (e.g., prompt libraries, AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS integrations) to improve recruiter productivity.
