About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to support multiple company branches by identifying qualified candidates for current client staffing needs.
You will actively search for talent across job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, social media, and other online recruiting resources, contact potential candidates, conduct initial pre-screening, and refer qualified prospects to the appropriate recruiting team for further review.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate sourcing, online research, outreach, and recruiting coordination and can effectively manage multiple positions and priorities at the same time.
What You'll Do
Candidate Sourcing
Search job boards, resume databases, social media, and other online resources for qualified candidates.
Source candidates based on client requirements, including experience, skills, location, and availability.
Build candidate pipelines for current and frequently requested positions.
Identify new recruiting sources and sourcing methods to expand candidate reach.
Support sourcing efforts for both high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
Candidate Outreach & Pre-Screening
Contact potential candidates through phone, email, text, and recruiting platforms.
Conduct basic pre-screening to evaluate qualifications, professional experience, availability, location, and interest.
Submit qualified candidates to the appropriate team with resumes, contact information, and screening notes.
Maintain candidate communication as needed throughout the referral process.
Recruiting & Branch Support
Work with branch managers and recruiters to understand current staffing needs and priority positions.
Support multiple branches and client accounts simultaneously.
Adjust sourcing activities based on recruiter feedback and changing staffing priorities.
Maintain consistent communication with internal recruiting teams regarding candidate pipelines.
Recruiting Administration
Maintain accurate candidate records within the company's ATS, CRM, or recruiting database.
Track candidate outreach, referrals, and status.
Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns.
Conduct basic labor market and competitor research when needed.
Maintain organized recruiting documentation and candidate information.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone, email, text, and online platforms.
Strong attention to detail when managing candidate information and recruiting records.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, candidate sourcing, or a related field.
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, resume databases, and online recruiting tools.
Previous experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting database.
Experience supporting multiple positions or client accounts simultaneously.
Experience sourcing for high-volume or difficult-to-fill roles.
Spanish proficiency.
