Job Summary:

Join our team as a dynamic Recruiter, leveraging your headhunting expertise to source and secure exceptional talent. This role is ideal for an energetic recruiting professional passionate about building robust pipelines and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. While the primary work is remote, you’ll be based in San Francisco and play a pivotal role at local career fairs and events every 1-2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategy.
4. Maintain and update accurate records in the applicant tracking system, reporting key recruitment metrics and progress.
5. Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
6. Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
7. Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
2. Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.
4. Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Deep familiarity with the San Francisco talent market and local recruiting channels.
6. Adaptability and resilience to thrive amidst shifting priorities and fast-paced demands.
7. Demonstrated commitment to attending and actively participating in in-person career events in San Francisco.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience recruiting for high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments.
2. Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem.
3. Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
