As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  
• Proactively reach out to candidates through phone calls, emails, and messages to assess their interest and qualifications.
  

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Evaluate candidates' resumes, portfolios, and application materials.
  
• Administer assessments or tests when required to gauge technical or job-specific skills.
  

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Provide candidates with information about the company, role, and interview process.
  

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' suitability for specific positions.
  
• Participate in decision-making processes to select the best candidates.
  
• Check references and perform background checks as necessary.
  

Talent Pipeline Management:

• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  
• Implement an applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize candidate information and track progress.
  

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
  

Reporting and Metrics:

• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  
• Use data to make informed decisions and suggest improvements.
  

Employer Branding and Networking:

• Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting the company as an attractive employer.
  
• Attend job fairs, conferences, and industry events to expand the professional network.
  

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
