Recruiter Liaison 3

Overview

The Recruiter Liaison III (RL3) is a key member of the Host Healthcare Recruitment team and reports to the Manager of Business Optimization. The RL3 provides dedicated support to an assigned Recruiter, partnering closely to drive clinician placements, support sales goals, and ensure the efficient management of day-to-day desk operations.

This role combines sales, candidate engagement, and administrative responsibilities. The RL3 supports the recruitment lifecycle through candidate prospecting and job pitching, candidate matching and submissions, placement and extension support, pay package preparation, clinician follow-up, and database management. The RL3 also provides coverage for the assigned Recruiter during absences to maintain continuity of candidate communication and active recruitment activity.

The successful RL3 is proactive, highly organized, sales-minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual demonstrates strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for clinicians and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the assigned Recruiter to support achievement of placement, gross profit, and other established sales and performance goals.
• Conduct candidate prospecting and outreach through phone, text, email, job pitching, and other approved communication methods to generate interest in available opportunities and support candidate activation.
• Review candidate and job databases to identify potential clinician matches for priority, strategic, and fast-moving opportunities.
• Gather required candidate information and prepare accurate, complete candidate profiles and submissions for the Account Management team.
• Support new placements, extensions, and rebooks through clinician outreach, follow-up, and coordination with the Recruiter and internal partners.
• Manage key administrative functions of the Recruiter’s desk, including preparation of gross profit scratch sheets, candidate and placement documentation, missing timecard follow-up, and other activities necessary to support the recruitment and placement process.
• Provide coverage for the assigned Recruiter during planned and unplanned absences, maintaining candidate communication, managing active opportunities, and addressing time-sensitive desk needs to ensure continuity of business.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate communications, recruitment activity, and placement information within Target Recruit and other applicable systems.
• Collaborate effectively with Recruitment, Account Management, Contracts, Credentialing, and other internal teams to support successful clinician placements and resolve issues throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide a high level of service to clinicians and internal partners by proactively identifying needs, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in sales, recruiting, and candidate relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clinicians and internal partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet established turnaround times.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Comfortable conducting outbound candidate outreach and discussing employment opportunities with prospective and current clinicians.
• Ability to develop a thorough understanding of an assigned Recruiter’s desk, candidate pipeline, priorities, and business needs.
• Proficiency with technology platforms and recruitment systems, including Target Recruit.
• Demonstrated alignment with Host Healthcare’s core values and commitment to contributing positively to the team and organization.
