About this role

We are looking for a Real Estate Outreach Caller / Lead Follow-Up Specialist to contact real estate prospects, respond to new inquiries, qualify buyer and seller leads, and schedule appointments for real estate agents and sales teams.

The primary responsibility is to engage leads, identify their motivation and timeline, handle basic objections, maintain consistent follow-up, update the CRM accurately, and schedule qualified appointments.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in real estate calling, inside sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or sales development who is confident on the phone and comfortable working toward call, contact, and appointment targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to buyers, sellers, database contacts, website inquiries, Meta leads, and assigned prospect lists.
Respond promptly to new inbound leads and inquiries.
Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, or approved messaging channels.
Contact expired listings, For Sale By Owner properties, circle prospecting lists, and database leads as assigned.
Ask qualifying questions to determine motivation, timeline, property needs, readiness, and appropriate next steps.
Build rapport quickly and communicate in a professional, conversational manner.
Handle common questions, rejection, and objections with confidence, patience, and professionalism.
Follow approved scripts and talking points while maintaining a natural tone.
Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents and sales team members.
Advance qualified leads to the appropriate stage of the sales pipeline.
Update CRM notes after every call, text message, email, or significant interaction.
Record lead status, motivation, timeline, property details, appointment outcomes, and follow-up requirements accurately.
Create and manage callbacks, reminders, tasks, and future follow-up activities.
Manage daily call lists and prioritize new, high-intent, and overdue leads.
Maintain consistent call volume, response times, and follow-up activity during scheduled working hours.
Meet agreed-upon call, contact, conversation, and appointment-setting targets.
Provide clear daily updates regarding call activity, lead progress, scheduled appointments, completed tasks, and challenges.
Escalate qualified, urgent, or high-intent leads to the appropriate agent or sales representative.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures, scripts, deadlines, call targets, calling policies, and manager instructions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in real estate calling, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, lead generation, or lead follow-up.
Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based buyers, sellers, homeowners, and prospective clients.
Comfortable contacting cold, warm, and hot leads.
Strong listening, rapport-building, and conversational skills.
Able to handle rejection and objections professionally.
Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
Accurate and consistent with CRM notes, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks.
Able to work with urgency in a fast-paced sales environment.
Reliable internet connection, working headset, and quiet professional workspace.
Reliable and consistent attendance during scheduled working hours.
Able to work independently while providing clear daily updates.
