Quote to Cash (Q2C ) Techno Functional Consultant

Quote to Cash Techno Functional Consultant Experience: 10 plus years Location: Bengaluru preferred, remote considered now Positions: 3 Role overview Monetize360 is hiring Quote to Cash specialists to work with customers on end to end monetization implementations. Each person works independently on their engagement, from discovery through design, configuration, go live and adoption. The hiring bar is depth in the Q2C domain. Candidates may come from a solution lead, architect, techno functional consultant or senior implementation background. The title matters less than whether you have carried Q2C implementations to production and can hold your own in front of a customer without support behind you. Platform training on Monetize360 is provided. Prior experience with our product is not expected. Key responsibilities Discovery and solution design

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer business models and monetization strategy
• Map current state to future state across the Q2C lifecycle
• Design the end to end solution covering product and pricing setup, quote generation, order orchestration,

billing and invoicing, payments and collections, and revenue recognition

• Translate business requirements into a workable design and defend the tradeoffs with stakeholders

Implementation

• Configure solutions on the Monetize360 no code platform, including pricing models across subscription,

usage, outcome based and one time, billing and rating logic, and workflow automation

• Drive the full lifecycle through build, test, UAT and go live
• Guide and review the build to confirm it holds up against the business intent

Integrations and data

• Integrate with enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP and Oracle
• Work with APIs, event driven flows and data pipelines

Presales and customer engagement

• Deliver solution demos and translate the design into business value in terms of efficiency, cycle time and

reduced revenue leakage

• Support presales with domain input for solutioning and estimation

Post go live

• Drive customer adoption of the platform
• Refine workflows and logic as the customer's business evolves

Required skills and experience

• 10 plus years delivering Quote to Cash, Order to Cash or billing implementations
• Coverage of the full lifecycle rather than a single segment. Specifically, both the quoting and configuration

side and the billing, rating and revenue side

• Command of the process mechanics behind subscription, usage based and one time revenue models,

including amendments, proration, true ups, renewals and revenue recognition

• Hands on experience with at least one enterprise Q2C or billing platform such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud,

Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Chargebee, Conga, SAP or Oracle

• Hands on configuration experience, not design only. You should have owned a build through UAT
• Strong process mapping and solution design capability
• Working understanding of APIs, integrations and event driven systems
• Customer facing consulting experience with the ability to run an account independently
• Ability to explain complex Q2C concepts to both business and technical audiences
• Comfortable ramping quickly on a proprietary platform

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI agents or intelligent automation applied to business processes, such as intelligent quoting

assistants, pricing optimization, billing anomaly detection, or collections and cash application automation. This is something we will build on rather than a prerequisite

• Familiarity with usage metering and consumption based pricing models
• Background in SaaS, fintech or data platforms

• Customer implementations delivered on time and in production
• Faster quote to cash cycles and reduced manual effort for the customer
• Improved revenue realization and fewer leakage points
