QA Automation Engineer

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orequivalent experience.

• Proven experience in software QA automation (3+ years).

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.

• Demonstrated experience with UI automation usingPlaywrightor similar tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

• Proficiency in at least one common programming language for automation (Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript —JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).

• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across distributed teams.

• Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage your own workload.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience withPlaywright(if not already your main tool).

• Experience withGoogle Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Prior experience in astartup environment.

• Relevant certifications in software testing/QA (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
