About MarketFully Group
MarketFully has InContent Marketing Agencies that specialize in the managed solutions for the platform: Key Content (multilingual and global content marketing), Social Element (global social media, moderation and community management), and MotionPoint (website translation and localization).
MarketFully pairs AI technology with real human expertise to help brands create, adapt, and distribute content that reaches the right people in the right way. The result: stronger connections with global audiences, more engaged communities, and better visibility - all leading to marketing results you can actually measure.
The role
MotionPoint makes websites work in every language. As a QA Analyst, you'll check that our customers' multilingual websites look and behave the way they should, before launch and in an ongoing basis through our proprietary technology.
You'll plan the testing for each project, test sites by hand, log and follow up defects, and work with internal teams to improve website quality. You'll also help build automated tests using our in-house tools.
What you'll do
Plan the testing for each project from its SOW: set the scope and identify the key risks, critical paths and priority areas.
Design and run manual functional, regression and user acceptance (UAT) tests on multilingual websites and web applications.
Analyse, document and track defects in Salesforce, and work with the teams involved to check fixes before release.
Carry out ongoing manual QA on customer websites, including releases after delivery.
Use MotionPoint's TCrawl and Automation Services tools to support testing and build automated tests.
Join client calls and work with internal teams to recommend usability improvements.
Support our QA Automation Analysts with testing requests and wider QA initiatives.
What we're looking for
You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable looking under the hood of a website.
2+ years of experience in QA or web testing, with strong hands-on manual testing experience.
A solid understanding of web technologies, HTTP and how websites are built.
A good understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS. No coding is required, but you know your way around page elements, selectors, browser developer tools, basic web design concepts and the common web browsers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise, use good judgement and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
An eagerness to learn new technologies and QA automation tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Salesforce
Experience evaluating new tools
Why join us
Full training on our proprietary testing and automation tools
Hands-on exposure to test automation, working alongside our QA Automation Analysts
Fully remote
