Promo Lead
About this role
Pocket FM is the world's largest audio-series platform, where powerful stories travel effortlessly across languages, cultures, and continents. From India and the US to Europe and beyond, we're redefining how stories are created, discovered, and experienced across the globe.
With one of the largest creator ecosystems in entertainment, Pocket FM is home to millions of listeners and an ever-growing catalog of original serialized content. We're building the future of storytelling by bringing together exceptional writers, creators, and creative leaders to develop stories audiences can't stop listening to.
About the Role
Pocket FM is seeking a Creative Director to join our Japan Marketing team in a fully remote role based in Japan. This position requires professional fluency in both Japanese and English, as you will create marketing content for Japanese audiences while partnering closely with global teams across Marketing, Creative, Production, Product, and Performance Marketing.

You'll manage writers, editors, and creative collaborators while remaining deeply hands-on in developing scripts, story structures, messaging, and creative direction that keep audiences engaged from beginning to end and inspire them to discover the full series.
This is an ideal opportunity for a creative leader with experience in television, film, anime, audio fiction, gaming, publishing, advertising, or digital media who loves storytelling and wants to shape how millions of people discover their next favorite story.
