What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex digital initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring delivery excellence, financial health, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage complex digital projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Run, support, and evolve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), retainers, fixed-price engagements, and Time & Materials contracts.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution across workstreams.
• Drive delivery across multi-brand and multi-market digital programs, ensuring governance, consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
• Develop, groom, and manage project and product backlogs using JIRA.
• Ensure proper staffing, resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery readiness.
• Apply effective risk management practices to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate issues and dependencies.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance processes.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, transparency, and proactive problem solving.
• Own engagement health, including delivery quality, financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and overall client satisfaction.
• Support project financial management, including revenue forecasting, invoicing oversight, budget monitoring, and expense tracking.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, collaboration, reporting, and delivery efficiency.
• Partner with account leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing client engagements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and delivery professionals while promoting project management best practices across teams.

Must-have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager within digital agencies, consulting firms, software factories, or technology organizations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product development and software delivery initiatives.
• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements.
• Experience delivering Agile projects and working with POD-based delivery models.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools in everyday work to accelerate project and product delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, scope management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Experience building, interpreting, and utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics to drive decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and address technical, compatibility, and accessibility considerations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic delivery environments.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working in eCommerce environments.
• Experience with composable commerce or headless commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Experience delivering programs across multiple brands, markets, or regions.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

This is a full-time position based in The US. The offered salary range is 110.000-150.000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
