Role Objective

We are seeking a certified Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment.

The ideal candidate will bring structure, process excellence, and strategic thinking to support our mission while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities/Duties:

This position works closely with U.S.-based leadership and internal teams to track progress, manage project documentation, and ensure operational tasks stay on schedule.

Project Coordination

• Support the execution of operational and process improvement projects across multiple teams
• Maintain project plans, task trackers, and project documentation
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are completed

Workflow & Operations Tracking

• Monitor operational workflows and identify delays or bottlenecks
• Maintain dashboards or trackers that provide visibility into project status
• Ensure project updates and documentation remain organized and accessible
• Assist with reporting project progress to leadership

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate work between operations, legal teams, and administrative staff
• Communicate project updates and status reports clearly to internal stakeholders
• Escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed
• Help ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines

Technical Skills

• Experience with project management or task tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
• Comfortable creating trackers, reports, and project documentation
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications
  such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are preferred but not required
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams

Compensation

$1,200 - $1,600 USD Monthly

Schedule

Must work Arizona business hours (8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time, Monday-Friday) to be available for real-time collaboration with US-based leadership and legal teams
