About The Role
KVG is looking for a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define scope, build project plans, manage resources, and reduce risk across KVG's global operations.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate cross-discipline team members so everyone is aligned on requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve issues as they arise during execution.
- Make sure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time.
- Prepare clear status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information.
- Build and run project communication plans so all stakeholders are informed in a clear and timely way.
- Manage change requests, assess their impact on timelines and budgets, and communicate changes to the right people.
- Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and handover.
- Identify new opportunities with clients to expand project scope and build long-term relationships.
- Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Run post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Guide and mentor junior project team members in their professional development.
What We Are Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Professional written and spoken English, which is KVG's working language.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural or international environment.
- Experience with government contracts.
