Our ClientIs a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand generating approximately $1M+ in monthly revenue with an 8-figure run rate. They're a profitable, founder- and product-led company with a small, highly capable remote team across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines.

Their product team includes engineers with backgrounds at Dyson, and we have multiple new product and brand launches planned as we continue to scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Execution Lead who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can turn strategy and founder direction into clear plans, deadlines, and execution.

This is not a coordinator role. You’ll own cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing, creative, website builds, agencies, and other key initiatives — keeping senior people accountable, identifying blockers early, and making sure work gets shipped on time.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and have significant ownership over how projects move from direction to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Own the launch calendar across product drops, accessory launches, content shoots, website builds, and agency deliverables.
• Manage projects end to end, with clear owners, deadlines, priorities, and status.
• Run a weekly execution scoreboard and follow up on outstanding work, blockers, and deadlines.
• Hold agencies and senior stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Translate founder direction into concise written plans, briefs, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate across teams and time zones, including the US, UK, China, and Philippines.
• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, communicate progress, and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks before they become larger execution problems.
• Keep teams moving quickly while maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and become a key execution partner as the company grows.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of shipping physical products and managing complex launches, ideally within a DTC, consumer hardware, or consumer brand environment.

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:

• Have approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, execution, or a similar role.
• Have worked for a DTC, consumer hardware, or other physical-product brand with a structured launch calendar.
• Are highly execution-oriented and naturally follow through on commitments.
• Understand marketing well enough to manage agencies, challenge performance, and hold partners accountable to numbers.
• Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and pushing for accountability without creating unnecessary friction.
• Write clearly and concisely, particularly when turning complex discussions into plans and decisions.
• Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Communicate exceptionally well across teams, functions, and time zones.
• Are comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making things happen without extensive processes or layers of management.

Experience at brands such as SharkNinja, YETI, Traeger, Ridge, Dyson, Ember, or similar consumer brands is relevant, but a big-brand background is not required. Strong candidates from smaller companies are equally welcome if they can demonstrate that they have successfully shipped physical products and managed fast-moving launches.
