Product manager (Bonus and Gamification)

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region and are now taking their success worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Bonus & Gamification Product Manager.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
Own and develop the gamification product strategy across multiple brands and GEOs.
Design, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics aligned with business and product goals, including tournaments, missions, challenges, lotteries, loyalty programs, prize drops, wheels, and loot boxes.
Build and manage the Gamification & LiveOps calendar, aligned with Acquisition, CRM, and Retention strategies.
Adapt mechanics, rewards, thresholds, and campaign frequency to specific GEOs and player segments.
Measure gamification performance end-to-end, including engagement, activation, retention, revenue, incremental impact, and ROI.
Design and run A/B tests and holdout/control-group experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Identify underperforming mechanics and make data-driven decisions on optimization, redesign, or discontinuation.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Casino, Sportsbook, CRM/Retention, VIP, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
Translate business and player needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and identify gaps in platform capabilities.
Establish campaign setup, QA, measurement, and post-campaign analysis standards, documenting best practices and processes.
📚 Your qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Gamification, LiveOps, CRM, Retention, or Product roles within iGaming.
Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and launching casino gamification mechanics such as tournaments, missions, challenges, lotteries, loyalty programs, prize drops, wheels, and loot boxes.
Strong understanding of bonus structures, wagering requirements, tournament logic, loyalty progression, player engagement, and retention mechanics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently evaluate gamification performance and ROI.
Experience measuring incremental impact using control/holdout groups.
Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from concept and setup through launch, analysis, and optimization.
Strong understanding of iGaming product and business metrics.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and translate business/player needs into clear product requirements.
➕ Nice to have:
Experience with A/B testing of promotional mechanics and campaigns.
Experience working across multiple brands and GEOs.
Understanding of Tier 3 markets and player behavior.
Experience working directly with casino game providers.
Experience building or improving gamification products/platforms, rather than managing campaigns only.
Experience establishing gamification processes, standards, and reporting from scratch.
