Product Growth Engineer

About Uno Platform

Uno Platform is an open‑source platform that lets developers build apps once in .NET and run them everywhere: Windows, Web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Linux. We build tools that make developers faster—visual tools, AI tools, and cross‑platform tooling—without taking control away from them. Thousands of developers use Uno in production today, and we are just getting started.

We are a lean team with global ambition. If you want comfort and process layers, this is not the place. If you want ownership and impact, keep reading.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Growth Engineer with 5+ years of experience driving measurable growth through experimentation.

This is a hands‑on role. You will own product‑led growth across acquisition, activation, and retention for Uno Platform and Uno Platform Studio. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ship experiments, measure impact, and scale what works.

In this role, you will:

• Run rapid growth experiments across website, onboarding, product flows, and campaigns
• Improve conversion from visitor to active user to paying customer
• Build and optimize growth funnels end to end
• Use product data to identify friction and opportunities
• Analyze in‑product behavior using Azure telemetry and Application Insights
• Partner with engineering to embed growth directly into the product
• Launch experiments and landing pages with minimal process
• Focus on metrics that matter, not vanity metrics

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in growth, product growth, performance marketing, or similar hands‑on roles
• Proven ability to move real business or product metrics
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product data and dashboards
• Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams
• Builder mindset: you prefer testing over debating
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with real ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure telemetry or Application Insights
• Experience with developer tools, SaaS, or technical products
• Experience working in Microsoft developer ecosystem
• Experience working with open‑source communities

Why This Role Matters

Uno Platform is already used by developers around the world, but we are still early in our growth. This role directly shapes how developers discover, adopt, and succeed with our tools. The impact is tangible: faster growth, better product adoption, and more developers empowered to build real applications at scale.
