The Role: Senior Producer
About the Role:
This role is in our growing content team. You’ll oversee the full production process for our top-tier video content for social media—from concept to final delivery—ensuring that everything we publish meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and heart.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production of multiple video projects across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Manage timelines, budgets (where applicable), and resources to ensure smooth delivery
Coordinate writers, editors, researchers, voice artists, and designers
Optimize team workflows and production systems for speed and consistency
Review and approve cuts; provide actionable feedback
Foster a positive, efficient, and inclusive remote production culture
Support and mentor junior producers or contributors as needed
Who We’re Looking For
5+ years experience in content production (preferably digital/media/education)
A strong track record managing end-to-end video workflows across distributed teams
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Sharp editorial instincts and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
Values-aligned: You embody kindness, reliability, curiosity, and openness
Bonus: experience with AI tools or strong interest in their creative use

If you’re not in a position to volunteer, that’s okay, and you shouldn’t feel bad about it. Independence Over Investors. We’ve chosen not to rely on investor funding because our independence and creative freedom are non-negotiable. This allows us to create content that genuinely serves and empowers people—not content that panders to shareholder demands or profit-driven agendas.
Transparency About Compensation. When KindWiseRich begins to monetize, our first priorities will be reinvesting in growth, paying taxes, and building a sustainable model. Only then will we start compensating our team members. While the first wave of compensation might be modest, we have a clear roadmap to grow KindWiseRich into a platform with millions of followers and greater financial rewards for everyone involved. But we want to be upfront—it will take time, and we can’t promise it will happen overnight.
