About this role

About airSlate

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work. We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines. At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

About the SignNow team

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 100+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution. SignNow empowers over 28 million people worldwide to move fast with everything they need to send and e-sign documents. Now, we're looking to reimagine digital agreement workflows and build the next generation of SignNow through AI-native experiences.

About the role

As a Principal AI Product Manager, you will play a founding role in shaping SignNow 2.0, rethinking how customers prepare, execute, and manage digital agreements through intelligent, agentic experiences. This isn't about simply adding AI features to an existing product. It's about identifying meaningful customer problems, challenging existing workflows, and creating fundamentally better experiences while maintaining the trust, transparency, and control customers expect from signNow. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial builder role with end-to-end product ownership, high autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the next generation of our product, backed by the scale, resources, and customer base of an established global company. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to turn ambitious ideas into real customer value, validate solutions early, iterate quickly, and deliver measurable business impact.
