Pre-Sales Cold Caller
About this role
The Pre-Sales Cold Caller will be responsible for receiving leads from applicants interested in this job, contacting truck owner-operators, and generating detailed profiles for each individual who answers. The Pre-Sales Cold Caller must complete a minimum of 8 profiles daily and maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage leads provided by the company.
Make outbound calls to truck drivers and owner-operators.
Handle calls in a customer-centered and professional manner, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
Gather necessary information to create detailed profiles.
Ensure a minimum of 8 profiles are completed each day.
Use CRM tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with the recruitment team for seamless lead transitions.
Ensure information collected during calls is complete and accurate.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience:
At least 1–2 years of fast-paced outbound calling and B2C sales experience.
Experience with customer-centered call handling.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is preferred.
2. Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to confidently conduct outbound calls and engage potential candidates.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet daily targets.
Attention to detail for accurate profile creation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Complete a minimum of 8 profiles per day.
Maintain strong accuracy with the information submitted from calls.
Respond to leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Other Requirements:
Reliable internet and phone connection (for remote work).
Flexibility to adapt to changing lead volumes and priorities.
Ability to work independently and manage daily call volumes effectively.
Strong commitment to providing a professional and customer-focused experience.
