JOB DESCRIPTION: Virtual Estimator & Contract Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Location: Remote (Familiarity with AU Construction Industry)
We are looking for an experienced individual who can handle estimating tasks using Blue Beam software,
perform contract administration, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong
attention to detail, experience in construction, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients,
tradespeople, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimating: Use Blue Beam software to handle the entire estimating process from earthworks to project
completion.

• Input plans and specifications into the software.
  
• Complete takeoffs for all construction phases, including materials, labor, and costs.
  
• Prepare, review, and send tenders and pricing details to clients and contractors.
  

Contract Administration:

• Assist with the management and review of construction contracts.
  
• Ensure all contractual documents are in place, accurate, and comply with regulatory standards.
  
• Track project timelines and budgets to ensure contract terms are met.
  
• Handle change orders, variations, and contract amendments as necessary.
  

Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, tradespeople, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project status, deadlines, and updates.
  

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  
• Support management with reporting and task delegation.
  

Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:

• HARD REQUIREMENT: Extensive experience in Blue Beam software (min 2-3yrs Bluebeam background)
  
• Experience in construction estimating.
  
• Knowledge of contract administration within a construction environment.
  
• Strong administrative skills, including data entry and managing project documentation.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  
• Familiarity with the Australian construction industry is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
