Company: Netziah, a business growth and operations firm serving the U.S. market through sales operations, CRM, AI automation, marketing and client delivery.
Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: People & Culture. Reports to: People & Culture Director.
Role
Coordinate approved recruiting workflows, scheduling and employee onboarding documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain ATS job/application data and coordinate interview schedules when hiring is authorized.
- Prepare onboarding checklists, training records and routine personnel requests.
- Collect accurate authorized payroll inputs for Finance without approving payments.
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruitment administration, HR coordination or employee onboarding.
- Excellent English writing, calendar organization and confidential recordkeeping.
- Competence with spreadsheets, ATS data entry and remote communication.
Preferred qualifications
- Zoho Recruit or similar applicant tracking system experience.
- Philippine HR administrative experience and process improvement.
