You're a HR generalist or People and Culture specialist who leads with curiosity and has a bias for action. You think about the people function holistically creating a culture that enables our people to thrive — connecting the dots between engagement, performance and
people compliance and the commercial outcomes they drive. You
will own people programmes end to end rather than administering them from the sidelines. You bring sound judgement, discretion, and a hands-on curiosity about what technology and AI can do for the way people work.

Reporting to the Chief Operating and AI Officer you will have support from the Office and Culture Coordinator to help with the logistics of designing and delivering

a people experience that has impact.

OUR TEAM'S STRENGTH COMES FROM EVERYONE'S INDIVIDUALITY

You bring:

A degree in HR
or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years' HR generalist or specialist experience

Experience owning and evolving people programmes (such as Engagement, Performance and OH& S) end to end, not just supporting delivery

Operational experience with psychosocial safety, WHS, and industrial/ER requirements (including Fair Work).

Experience running compensation reviews with rigour and confidentiality

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable owning the People function day to day

A curious, hands-on approach to HR technology and AI in HR practice

People & Culture Advisor, you will own the following areas end to end:

Performance, Engagement & Thrive at Work

Own the Deliver & Develop and engagement programmes end to end, improving them every cycle
Operationalise Thrive at Work as a lived practice, not a checkbox

Recruitment & Talent Advisory

Support end-to-end recruitment with the Office and Culture Coordinator
Own hiring pipeline health and final candidate recommendations

Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations

Own ER matters and investigations end to end, with procedural fairness
Guide leaders on complex ER matters, escalating where risk warrants
Build people leaders' capability to manage ER issues early

HR Compliance, including WHS

Own Kinatico's HR compliance framework across every jurisdiction
Maintain the policies and reporting that evidence compliance
Own the Thriving, Safe & Healthy Workplace risk cycle and HR administration accuracy

Compensation Review Process

Lead the end-to-end compensation review, with confidentiality and rigour

People Metrics & Executive Reporting

Own people metrics reporting and feed insight into leadership and Board reporting

Reimagining People Operations

Recommend where transactional HR work can be automated
Hold the line on what stays human: ER judgement, investigations and comp calls
Drive adoption of Kinatico Compliance beyond People & Culture

Executive Representation

Represent People & Culture at leadership level in the COO & AI Officer's absence
