As a Patient Service Specialist, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for patients, families and visitors from arrival through checkout. You’ll welcome and check in patients, collect co-pays, complete visit preparations, assist with kiosk use, and support patients with scheduling, pre-registration and MyChart enrollment. You’ll also partner closely with physicians to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process. This role offers a great opportunity to build your customer service experience while exploring career growth across Cleveland Clinic.
