About the position
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager Recruit DACH with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience working within a partner ecosystem.
Your main focus is new business and partner recruitment. You identify Microsoft Dynamics partners that are not yet working with Companial, open the conversation, understand their business and turn relevant opportunities into new Companial partnerships.
You know the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and understand how Microsoft partners operate, where their challenges lie and what drives their business. This enables you to have credible conversations and identify where Companial can add value.
Although this is a commercially focused role, it is not about transactional selling. You build relationships within the ecosystem and create partnerships that can develop over the long term and help our partners reach their goals.
Together with the DACH Partner Success team, sales, marketing and Microsoft, you will help further grow Companial’s presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The DACH region
DACH is Companial’s largest region and an important market for our continued growth.
• Approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• A team of approximately 12 professionals across the DACH region
• Strong Business Central focus, representing approximately 85% of the current ecosystem
• Strategic opportunity to further expand Power Platform, CRM and F&SCM across the partner ecosystem
• An experienced and collaborative regional team
• Strong local Microsoft engagement through events and partner activities
• Fully remote, with the option to work from our Hamburg office where we have a local team
Main tasks
• Identify, approach and recruit new Microsoft Dynamics partners across DACH
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners
• Understand partner challenges and connect them to Companial’s services and solutions
• Develop relationships with decision makers, Microsoft and the wider partner ecosystem
• Guide new partners from first conversation through onboarding
• Collaborate with Partner Success, sales and marketing on regional growth initiatives
• Represent Companial at Microsoft, Dynamics and partner events
Ideal candidate
• Minimum 3 + years of B2B sales including new business and partner development experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Business Applications ecosystem
• Proven experience in partner ecosystem management, channel sales or partner development
• Strong new business mindset with experience recruiting and developing new partners
• Consultative and comfortable engaging with senior decision makers
• Existing DACH Microsoft Dynamics network is a strong advantage
• Native-level German and professional English
• Based in DACH and willing to travel within the region
