What you'll do

Build and execute the Parallels Desktop channel sales plan in alignment you’re your revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities partnering with marketing, BDR(s) and distribution/resellers.
Identify, recruit, onboard and actively engage resellers, VARs, SIs, and MSPs capable of supporting Parallels’ market expansion through the execution of required sales, marketing, and delivery activities.
Drive distributor and reseller performance through joint planning, partner activation, and ecosystem coverage initiatives.
Partner with the Parallels Apple team to identify opportunities supporting the Apple partnership.
Evolve and support the distribution and reseller model in alignment with global channel leadership, ensuring consistent execution of partner programs and go-to-market priorities.
Establish and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with partners and distributors, acting as the primary point of contact, engaging Parallels executives to strengthen partnerships at all organizational levels.
Lead regular business reviews, coordinate cross-functional resources (sales, marketing, product, support), and support joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and incentive programs.
Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure customers and partners have a proper handoff and engage with customers and partners as needed to ensure continuity across the account.
Maintain accurate pipeline and performance data in CRM while supporting revenue growth and ensuring compliance with channel policies and processes.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What you bring:

Senior channel experience. A proven track record of driving ARR growth, recruiting and enabling productive partners, ideally with e patience working within the Apple ecosystem. 5-8 years relevant experience
A partner rolodex that opens doors. Deep relationships across the reseller, distributor, and solution provider community — particularly partners with Apple practices.
Strategic thinking. The ability to build a partner strategy, not just manage a partner list. You know the difference between activity and impact.
Cross-functional fluency. Comfort working with marketing, enablement, product, and finance counterparts to get things done inside a lean organization.
Executive presence. Credibility in partner executive conversations, and the judgment to represent Parallels as a senior voice when it matters.
Autonomy and ownership. The mindset to operate without heavy oversight, prioritize well, and bring solutions rather than escalations.
