Bid Coordinator and Estimator (Painting)
Schedule: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm ET (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-construction support
- Coordinate bids and managing document control
- Create bid scope sheet
- Organize RFPs
- Put together submittal sheets and finish schedules
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for pricing via phone or email
- Verify subcontractor quotes against takeoff quantities
- Send out proposals
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience with painting and wall coverings
- Proficient in Planswift (required) or zzTakeoff
- Strong ability to read plans and specifications
- Commercial painting experience (required)
