About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
This is a hands-on role focused on lead generation, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and scalable growth. You’ll own campaigns from setup and targeting through testing, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who understands the numbers behind paid media and knows how to turn campaign data into better performance.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Management
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and targeting research
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance
- Use campaign types such as Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing, and paid social
Campaign Optimization
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and lead volume
- Run structured A/B tests across:
- Ad copy and creative
- Audiences and targeting
- Landing pages
- Bidding strategies
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvements
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Tracking & Analytics
- Configure and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze performance across the full acquisition funnel
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations
Creative & Funnel Collaboration
- Work with design and content teams on ad creative and messaging
- Recommend landing page and funnel improvements
- Align paid acquisition campaigns with broader marketing goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
- Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Landing page and conversion rate optimization experience
- Experience with Performance Max, automation, scripts, and dynamic campaigns
- Multi-touch attribution knowledge
- Experience scaling successful lead-generation campaigns
